Chef John’s Philosophy

The philosophy is simple. The goal for CHEFS catering is to provide a stress-free and relaxed environment for the client. I truly love what I do. Cooking and guest services have been my life for over thirty years, and I have done it all, from dishwasher, busboy all the way to being an executive chef at a high-end restaurant. Making people happy gives me a great sense of accomplishment. The opportunities are limitless.

The Food

CHEFS has catered weddings, alumni reunions, community events, corporate lunches and dinner, cookouts, and pig roasts. The flexibility offered and provided by CHEFs is proven to make any event something to remember. Let CHEFS give you memories to last a lifetime.

CHEFS is nothing if not flexible, any event can be customized to suit the client’s needs, expectations and budget. Our established menus are a starting point and certainly not a limitation. If you have a certain style of cuisine, a theme, a favorite recipe or a family dish that you want for your event, let us know and I will prepare it for you. We can do anything from a casual Carolina style pork BBQ to a more lavish, formal meal featuring grilled beef tenderloin with a béarnaise aioli, fois gras and caviar. We have done it all and done it exceedingly well.
