Our Menus
CHEFS is nothing if not flexible. Any event can be customized to suit the client’s needs, expectations and budget. Our established menus are a starting point and certainly not a limitation. If you have a certain style of cuisine, a theme, a favorite recipe or a family dish that you want for your event, let us know and I will prepare it for you. We can do anything from a casual Carolina style pork BBQ to a more lavish, formal meal featuring grilled beef tenderloin with a béarnaise aioli, fois gras and caviar. We have done it all and done it exceedingly well.
